Weekend updates

So, what did I do last weekend?

Friday night: Was supposed to attend the Man U Masters Dinner at Sheraton Imperial KL but I only managed to reach home at 8pm and was supposed to leave the dinner at 9+ to meet Suzen and friends for drinks in Sunway. No point in going for the dinner then I tot. Ate toast with kaya and butter as I was lazy to go grab a proper dinner. Appointment with Suzen was at 9.30pm at Borneo Rainforest. It was a very hot night but luckily that place had gigantic super powered fans all over the place. But beware those with set hairdo's, it will ruin it : ) Sat till 1am then off home to snooze.

Saturday: Went for facial in Uptown at this place called Firstlady coz my sis had some vouchers for RM 38 per session (usual price RM 160). They used a brush which was similar to a paint brush to clean the face but it felt like they were scrubbing my face raw at some parts especially the cheeks. Were they that dirty?? She did major extraction that left my face blotchy and red. It looks like I have pimple invasion now. hhahaha... The session ended at 5pm and I went looking all over Uptown and SS2 for a cobbler. Seems all of them close shop at 5pm. Just my luck.

Sunday: Got up early to bring Lilo for a refresher in Basic Obedience. She did so well. Even let her off leash to do heelwork. She was excited and tended to rush ahead but halted when I called out. Not too bad. Maybe I shud enter her in competition once I get all the commands right. Paid my weekly visit to mum and dad in Klang and brot them out for lunch. Waited more than 30 mins for my wantan mee. How do people do biz when they are so slow?? Nearly walked out of the restaurant. Tood dad to Aeon MOG to make a new pair of specs as his was so old the colors were falling off! As usual, he didnt want to choose any of the expensive ones. That's my dad for you.. Always thinking of how much money we have to spend on him. I love my dad : )
Big sis and kids came down to Klang for dinner as we were having an early birthday celebration for my dad as his falls on 21 July coz I will be in Gold Coast for a 5 days starting Monday 20 July. Happy birthday Daddy... Went to a shop near the Teluk Gadung KTM station. The menu: Kam Heong and Ham Tan crab, seong tong lala, seong tong spinach, marmite pork rib, special too foo and stim egg. Yummy.. The bill for 7 adults, 1 kid and 1 baby came up to RM 165. Not too bad and the food came 10 mins after we ordered.
Rushed to Summit after dinner to change RM to AUD. Rate was 2.87. I shud have done it 4 mths ago when it was 2.3. What a waste. Pound has also gone up from 5.3 in March to 5.86 now. What going on with the ringgit?? It doesnt seem to be going anywhere...
